Our high school ministry, theMix, is full of students from all over San Juan County. We focus on 20 CORE VALUES that will prepare students for their pursuit of Christ in their adult life.
The first Wednesday of each month is Mix-it-up Night, featuring a variety of action-packed, wildly entertaining and socially engaging games and themes. These event nights will also contain an abbreviated worship time and short devotion covering the current core value.
The second and fourth Wednesdays of the month typically look like this:
5:30 PM - The Cañon Café will offer theMix Menu--food and beverages for only one dollar!
6:30 PM - Students meet in the Worship Center for high energy, purposeful worship and a message that challenges students in living out their faith in their day-to-day high school lives.
7:45 PM – The Pencil begins after services providing students an opportunity to hang out, have a snack and get help with their homework if needed. We will have math, science and English tutors available to you, free of charge, each week after the service. We usually start heading home around 9:00 PM.
The third Wednesday of each month is our Mix Group Night. Students have the opportunity to connect with Christ and with others on a deeper level. This is the best way for students to gain new depth and perspective. Groups meet on the third Wednesday of every month in homes throughout the area. These groups are divided by age and gender.
